Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. 

Requesting a Return

We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label, as well as instructions on where to send the package. Customer is responsible for the return shipping charge. Please do not send the item back to us without first requesting a return, as it will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired item. This will ensure a faster and smoother process.
